How to cancel order

The carrier can cancel the order before he leaves for loading, to do this:
Go to the "My Orders" tab "In Progress".
Tap the order you want to cancel.
Tap the "Refuse" button (top right).
Choose the reason for the cancellation on the list.

You can cancel the order after leaving for loading with the help of an operator "Operator Support in the Application" button
